01 Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Saturday, excluding public holidays) after payment confirmation or COD order placement.

Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed the next business day. You will receive an email/SMS confirmation once your order is packed and dispatched.

Orders placed before 2:00 PM PKT on a business day are typically dispatched the same day. Orders after 2:00 PM are dispatched the following business day.

05 Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS and/or email. You can use this number to track your parcel directly on the courier's website.

You can also contact our support team on WhatsApp with your order number for a status update.

Tracking information may take 6–12 hours to become active after you receive your tracking number.

06 Delivery Failures

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful (wrong address, recipient unavailable, etc.), the courier will typically attempt delivery 2–3 times before returning the parcel to us.

  • Please ensure your phone number is active and correct at checkout.
  • If your parcel is returned to us due to delivery failure, re-shipping charges will apply.
  • For COD orders that are refused at the door, a penalty fee may be applied to future orders.

07 Damaged or Lost Parcels

We take great care in packaging all orders securely. However, in the rare event your parcel arrives damaged:

  • Take photos/video of the damaged packaging and product immediately.
  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and photos.
  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

For lost parcels (not delivered within the expected timeframe), please contact us and we will investigate with the courier on your behalf.
