At Apex LEDs, your satisfaction is our priority. We stand behind the quality of every product we sell. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Please read this policy carefully before initiating a return or refund request.
01 Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date, provided the following conditions are met:
- The item is unused, undamaged, and in its original condition
- The item is in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and tags intact
- You have the original receipt or proof of purchase
- The return request is submitted within the 7-day window
Items that arrive defective or damaged are eligible for return or replacement regardless of whether they have been opened, as long as reported within 48 hours of delivery.
02 Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Items that have been used, installed, or modified
- Items damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or accidents
- Clearance, sale, or discounted items marked as "Final Sale"
- Items returned after the 7-day window without prior approval
- Items without original packaging or missing accessories
- Consumable products (e.g., car fresheners that have been opened)
03 How to Request a Return
Follow these simple steps to initiate a return:

Attach clear photos of the item and its packaging so our team can verify the condition.
Our team will review and respond within 24 hours. Once approved, you'll receive return instructions.
Pack the item securely and ship it to our return address. Keep the tracking receipt.
Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund or exchange will be processed within 3–5 business days.
Do not send items back without prior approval. Unapproved returns will not be accepted and may be returned to sender at their cost.
04 Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days via:
- Online Payment Orders: Refunded to your original payment method (bank transfer, JazzCash, EasyPaisa)
- COD Orders: Refunded via bank transfer or mobile wallet to your provided account
- Partial Refunds: May be issued in cases where items are returned in a condition different from what was described
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the item arrived defective or was incorrectly sent.
05 Exchange Policy
We offer hassle-free exchanges for the following reasons:
- Wrong size or variant received
- Wrong item received
- Defective product
For exchanges due to customer preference (e.g., changed mind about color), the customer is responsible for return shipping charges. The replacement will be shipped once we receive the original item.
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the item is out of stock, a full refund will be offered.
06 Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please:
- Take an unboxing video at the time of opening — this is your best protection
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Send photos/video of the item and packaging
We will arrange a free replacement or full refund, including return shipping at our cost. No questions asked for legitimate damage claims.
We strongly recommend recording an unboxing video for every order — it protects you in case of any discrepancies.
07 COD Orders
For Cash on Delivery orders, please note:
- Inspect your parcel before paying the courier if possible.
- Refusing delivery multiple times without valid reason may result in being blocked from COD service.
- Refunds for COD orders are processed via bank transfer or mobile wallet within 3–5 business days of receiving the returned item.
